- Spot Clean Gently: Use a soft-bristle brush (or clean toothbrush) with mild soap and lukewarm water to carefully wipe away dirt.
- Do NOT Machine Wash or Soak: Never submerge your custom kicks in water or put them in a washing machine.
- Air Dry Only: Allow them to dry naturally in a cool, shaded area. Keep away from direct sunlight, clothes dryers, and high heat.

Because all of our custom hand-painted sneakers are made to order based on your specific selection, we have a strict no return, refund, or exchange policy once an order is placed.
To ensure the perfect fit, please carefully measure your foot length and double-check our Size Guide before placing your order. If you realize you selected the wrong size right after ordering, please contact us immediately at cs@13custom.com within 24 hours so we can adjust it for you before production begins.

Not at all! We use professional-grade acrylic leather paints and apply a durable, high-grade waterproof seal topcoat to every pair. Our customs are scratch-resistant, weather-resistant, and designed for normal daily wear. As long as you follow our Cleaning and Maintenance Guide, your hand-painted design will stay vibrant for a long time.

We only use 100% authentic base sneakers sourced directly from official retail channels and brand-authorized distributors (such as Nike, Adidas, etc.). Every pair is completely brand new and genuine before our artists begin hand-painting.
We offer Free Worldwide Express Shipping on all sneakers orders! Once your custom pair is fully hand-painted and quality-checked, we will dispatch it via express carrier. You will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your package in real-time.
No, you won't! We cover all duties, taxes, and import fees for you. The price you see at checkout is final, so there are no surprise fees or extra charges upon delivery.
Because we order base sneakers and schedule our artists immediately, order modifications or cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us right away at cs@13custom.com if you need to make changes. Once hand-painting has begun, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
While every pair is rigorously inspected before leaving our studio, if your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cs@13custom.com with clear photos/videos of the issue and your order number. Our support team will help resolve it promptly.
