Every pair is 100% hand-crafted from scratch! Here is our step-by-step process after you place your order:

• Shoe Sourcing: We procure your fresh base shoes and bring them straight to our studio.
• Prep & Layout: We clean the surface and carefully trace the initial design outline.
• Hand-Painting: Our artists paint, airbrush, and add your free personalized name or number.
• Waterproof Seal: We apply a high-grade protective topcoat to ensure maximum daily durability.

Care Instructions:

• Spot Clean Gently: Use a soft-bristle brush (or clean toothbrush) with mild soap and lukewarm water to carefully wipe away dirt.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we have a strict no return/refund and exchange policy. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or returned.
